Tuesday
Yesterday’s animation workshop with the Poughkeepsie Children’s Media Project was a rousing success and the movies they brought for the screening rooms were incredible. Can you believe a bunch of kids made that stuff! This kid Orlando stopped by and made a sweet claymation movie of a guy getting run over by a car and then hit in the head with a hotdog.

We made an amazing dinner too. Huge greek salad, couscous, greek yogurt, hummus, anise, carrots. Crunchy vegetarian was the theme I guess.
And just when we thought every thing was all over…

Lady Lovelace and the Calculator Death Machine showed up all the way from New Haven and played a rockin’ set. So many layers and so much sound. They made the building shake. They also left behind a bunch of their CDs and we added them to the magazine rack so come on by and pick one up to hear what these guys sound like.
